Free Standard Shipping:
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all items. No minimum purchase is required to enjoy this benefit.

Order Processing and Shipping:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We work with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your packages promptly and securely.

Tracking and Notifications:
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be posted in your account for easy monitoring. Additionally, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information. This allows you to stay updated on the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Limitations:
Please note the following shipping limitations:

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

  • FPO, APO Addresses: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to FPO, APO addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Regrettably, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.


Delivery Timeframe:
The estimated delivery time for your order will typically range from 5 to 7 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. Please note that weekends are excluded from the shipping schedule, and orders are not shipped on weekends.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy.

Non-Damaged Item Returns:
For non-damaged items, we offer a 30-day return policy. You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer service team by sending an email to support@slickblue.com. They will provide you with return instructions and an RA (Return Authorization) number. Please note that any issues reported to us after this 30-day period will not be covered, and we will not accept returns sent back after this time. It is your responsibility to cover the return shipping costs, and we do not refund the original shipping cost. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that the items are received by us within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

Damaged or Missing Items:
If you receive a damaged item or discover a missing item, please notify us within 10 days from the date of delivery. In the case of a damaged item, we require photo proof for our records. To report a damaged or missing item, please contact our customer service team promptly.
